Hand car washes take 45 minutes to 1 hour, and car detailing can take 1-2 hours depending on the day. Please discuss with the manager for further clarification.

Majestic1 Car Wash specialize in hand car wash. Hand car wash does a much better job of cleaning the car than automatic washing. With a human element, there is attention to detail that is not provided with an automatic wash, cleaning hard to reach areas. Our experts are passionate about making sure your car emerges squeaky clean and shiny.

An Express Wash is a basic exterior and interior service for customers who wash their cars regularly. A Top Seller Wash is a service that requires more care and time for cars that have no been washed in a while.
Greater attention to the interior of the vehicle is included in a Top Seller Wash.

We will send you a text message with pick up instructions when your car is ready. If you have an expected pick up time, we suggest booking your hand car wash online.

The service pages have indicative pricing, however due to prices depending on vehicle size and condition we can only give a firm price on site. It is best to visit the store so our passionate experts can discuss the best service to get the result your looking for!

We suggest the ‘Top Seller Wash’ if your car has been on extensive adventures. This ensures a high-pressure rinse, wheel clean, full exterior hand car wash and shampoo, complete interior vacuum, windows and doors cleaned and wiped shut, hand finish, dash clean, glass clean, Tyre shine, and mud and bug removal. Optional extras can be added such as hand polish, or full detail to get your car that showroom finish. Speak to our experts and they’ll be more than happy to help pick the right service for you.

If you aren’t satisfied for any reason, simply speak with the store staff before you leave the location and we will rectify all issues immediately on site. A happy customer is our top priority!

Our stores are sufficiently staffed to be able to perform any car wash or car detailing service without a booking. Bookings aren’t necessary, however for convenience we do have a booking form on our website for the Top Seller Wash and all our Car Detailing Services if you would like to make a booking. We accept all walk-ins and bookings.

Yes, our customer assistant executive will confirm your booking on a call before you decide to move forward with the booking, you can always reschedule your booking by booking form on our site or contacting us on a call!

A happy customer is our top priority. At any Majestic1 Car Wash location, you can expect to be greeted with a smile, an easy booking process, and a timely pick-up process. You can expect your car to be expertly hand washed and hand dried when you pick it up. Each hand car wash service has different inclusions, with optional add-ons available. We advise removing as much “clutter” from boot, seats, side pockets & consul area as possible. This includes all water bottles and coins. Remove all valuables from the vehicle. Any “rubbish” left on the floor of the vehicle will be disposed of. Take some time to indicate any damaged areas of the vehicle to the attendant including if the vehicle was recently re-sprayed or any chipped paint areas. Indicate any areas where you would like us to pay particular attention to ensure satisfaction.

A customer who has not made any purchases (non-use) within a 6 month period from last points accumulation – will revert to 0

Please note that Majestic1 Car Wash reserves the right to advise that heavily soiled vehicles, dog hair, tar & bug removal may attract additional charges for online bookings.

Unfortunately due to persistent labor shortage issues caused by COVID-19 we are unable to accept online bookings for Express Washes during Nov, Dec and Jan which are our busiest months. Express Washes are still available for drive-up customers. Alternatively you are still able to book our most popular Top Seller Wash or any of our detailing service online. Express washes will be available to book online again from January. We appreciate your understanding.
